We believe everyone should have access to safe and secure accommodation and understand it’s importance in moving towards independence. We at MGM Healthcare want all our NDIS participants to have suitable living environments and as such we work with and support you every step of the way to achieving your accommodation and tenancy goals.

MGM Healthcare NDIS Accommodation and Tenancy Services include:



Short Term Accommodation and respite where we provide Supported Independent Living Accommodation (up to 14 days) with support, 24/7- hour staff care and all bills included.



Applications for rental accommodation or tenancy obligations. We provide fully furnished single dwelling to shared housing arrangements.



Affordable housing for NDIS participants with comparatively lower rental rates than market trend



Supported independent living accommodation in fully furnished housing with support staff catering the needs of participants as per their plan. Support can vary from a few hours to 24/7 support.



Liaison with service providers.
